01How quickly will I hear back?
Every inquiry gets a personal reply, usually within two business days. Urgent timelines? Mention it in the subject line and we'll respond same day when possible.
02What information should I include in my first email?
A short intro to your brand, the type of help you're looking for (paid media, creative, AI production, full-funnel growth), your rough timeline, and a budget range if you have one. Links to your site and current campaigns help us prep for the call.
03Do you take on small or early-stage brands?
Yes — we work with both established houses and emerging designers. For early-stage brands we usually start with a focused project (a launch campaign or a creative refresh) before scaling into retainer work.
04What's your minimum engagement?
Project engagements typically start at four weeks. Retainers are monthly with a three-month minimum so we have time to test, learn, and compound results.
05Where are you based and what time zone do you operate in?
The studio is based in Europe and operates on US working hours, Monday through Friday. We work with clients worldwide.
06Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. Send your standard NDA over with your first email and we'll return it signed before the discovery call.
