N°01 — About
A founder-led studio
for fashion growth.
Media, creative, and production under one creative direction — so the work looks like the brand and still answers to the numbers.
- Paid media
- Creative direction
- AI production
- E-commerce growth
N°02 — Founder

Fashion-grade
or it doesn't run.
“I came up in fashion. I'm not going to hand a brand something I wouldn't be proud to see in a campaign.”
That standard is the reason the studio exists. Terri built The Darcy Agency after years of art-directing campaigns for Condé Nast UK titles, Lionsgate, Sony, and Disney on Ice — and running direct-to-consumer growth for fashion brands like Marchesa, THALIE Paris, Ettika, and Ancient India by Rachel Roy.
The same editorial eye that judges a layout for British Vogue is now applied to paid social, landing pages, and AI-produced campaign extensions. Creative and media are not farmed out to separate teams. They sit under one direction, so the work sharpens the same week the numbers come back.
AI production is used to keep campaigns fresh between shoots — never as a shortcut to slop. Every frame is art-directed to the standard of the photography it sits next to. Based in Europe, working US hours.

N°04 — Approach
How the work
gets made.
01
One direction, one number
Media buying, creative direction, and production sit together, so the feedback loop is days rather than months.
02
Editorial standard first
Every asset is judged as if it were running in the book. If it doesn't look like the brand, it doesn't go live.
03
Built to compound
Testing frameworks, creative libraries, and funnel fixes that keep working long after the campaign ends.
